[HELP] Finding an old Toma vid

I am desperately looking for the full letter that Toma wrote to Nino and read out loud in Music Jump (30/11/1997).
This is the video I already got (see the screenshot below for reference please), but it includes just about 45 seconds of Toma's letter at the end. It obviously misses the other half Y___Y
If someone's got the full length video of this Music Jump show, please share with me so that I could make subtitles for you. Onegai shimasu! I would be more than glad if you could share this notice with others, too. Thank you in advance!
