The CM is a little naughty, I think :))) Toma and the sloths are lazy obviously and most of us students are the same, in fact :)))
So when there is almost no turning back (like in the CM, they miss the exam, which is SUPER BAD :P), they have to take the cram course in the Sinken Zemi School in order to retake the test. That's what I think. Hope it's useful for your understanding :))

And regarding the new year message, like Kometashi said, you need to click on the origami with Toma's name on it :)

I didn't realize all the origami where the different groups. Oh this website is now gold. I obv click on arshi and all the sempai groups. Toma's message, he looks so good and tired too. Does he say he has a butai next year??

LOL I don't think I'll ever be good enough to be a translator. Actually they make it easy by writing some of the comments in Japanese and then I can use that to look up the kanji meaning in jisho but it takes so much time. At this rate I can do 5 min videos in like 3 hours haha
