Update on Kazapon
Hiii, as I said sometime ago, I want to dedicate some entries to Kazapon when I have the chance. And here it comes. His latest movie, "Neko Nanka Yondemo Konai" hast just been out in cinema (30th Jan). It tells the story of a boxer (Kazama Shunsuke) adapting to the new life since his elder brother brought home two unruly kittens named Chin and Kuro. I guess this movie is truly a gift to cat persons out there :3 Mite, mite...
And thanks to this movie release, he's got the chance to appear on various TV shows.
Yes, you saw it too, right? He talked something about Toma. I am trying to figure out that part and hope to sub it later ^^
Tbh, I just knew about 4TOPS like 6 months ago and didn't pay much attention to Kazapon until 2 months ago T.T He may not be put in the "ikemen" category but he is surely kawaii and must be a nice guy <3
Anyone who knows much about Kazapon please share your stories with me. I am eager to learn more about him :D

The best way to know Kazapon probably from the various shows he guested aside from his dramas. Have you watched VS Arashi with him as the plus one guest? It was a very entertaining episode and we can see Kazapon talked a lot. As for dramas I personally like him in Soredemo Ikiteyuku (top notch acting here!), Akihabara @Deep (also a good one), and Gin Nikan (he only appeared shortly, but it left big impression). Kazapon is best friend with Aiba in private and they often go out together. Aiba often mentioned him in his radio show and when he guested in Sho's Abunai Yakai to promote his movie, he appeared with Kazapon and the show generally reported on how the two spend their off day together.

Thank you for your recommendations. Nami is my fav 4TOPS song too. I literally replay it many times on my MP3 player :)) And in fact, I started to fall for Kazama since I watched Abunai Yakai where he appeared with Aiba. That was the first time I've got to know his characteristics. What a kind and sweet friend he is, right? :3

Glad you've watched that abunai yakai episode, I just love their interaction there ♡. Kazama guested in VSA twice, on 2013.07.18 and 2014.02.27 (based on the list here yhamie28.livejournal.com/6479.html). The second was subbed by mirei_22 in her community, soulsubs but sadly its membership now closed and she's on hiatus. Nevertheless, I think you can grab the raw in dss.

Maybe you can also watch his appearance in Shin-Domoto Kyoudai, but I don't know the airing date, sorry.. I think it's about the same week or so as his first appearance in VSA. There are really limited sources and subs about him, it's pretty sad.. That's why I am so happy if you want to work on Kazama's video too. Looking forward to them!!^o^

I don't know much about his private life other than he is married and has a daughter. But he is a terrific actor and I love spotting him in dramas :)
