[HELP] Encoding

Hi guys, I am having a little problem encoding an Engsub. Maybe my encoding software is incompatible with the file type or something, I am not sure.
It's just a short video of 30 seconds, so it doesn't require strong computer processors.

I would really appreciate it if someone could give a helping hand.

I have Format Factory too, but it seems that using that software doesn't return the exact result I want. I'd like to keep the same font as my original sub file.

What program are you using for encoding? Maybe i can help you encode it. :)

I use Megui, but it keeps reporting error. So I would like to try with other softwares. Which one are you using?

I use Avidemux or Virtualdub for encoding. How about you try them out. :)
