[HELP] Encoding

tomaniaHi guys, I am having a little problem encoding an Engsub. Maybe my encoding software is incompatible with the file type or something, I am not sure.
It's just a short video of 30 seconds, so it doesn't require strong computer processors.
I would really appreciate it if someone could give a helping hand.
